Utigoflex Ships TPE Air Duct Worldwide
Utigoflex team is loading the TPE air ducts into the shipping container, carefully rolling and stacking them one by one. Each roll is placed neatly and securely, ensuring they fit perfectly within the container.
About TPE Air Ducts
Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) air duct is designed as suction and transport hose especially ideally for high temperature industrial fumes, steam, high temperature air or smoke in auto. It has a good performance on high temperature resistant up to 135 degree centigrade.
Precautions for Using TPE Air Ducts
Here are some import precautions from Utigoflex for TPE Air Ducts during application:
Temperature Exposure
Keep it away from open flames and hot surfaces. Do not use beyond the recommended temperature range. Excessive heat can cause melting or deformation, while extreme cold can make the material brittle.
Mechanical Handling
Avoid Excessive Bending or Kinking: While flexible, sharp bends or kinks can cause permanent creases that restrict airflow and create weak points.
Do Not Over-Stretch: Avoid stretching the duct beyond its intended limit during installation, as this can thin the walls and reduce its pressure rating and longevity.
Environmental Exposure
To avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight (UV radiation) and ozone.
Inspection and Maintenance
Regularly inspect for signs of wear, cracking, discoloration, or softening. Replace if any damage is found.
Storage
Store Properly: Coil the duct loosely without sharp bends. Store in a cool, dry, dark place away from direct sunlight, ozone sources (e.g., electric motors), chemicals, and pests.
